FSS Established in 2002

FSS was started in 2002 because I believed there was a serious need for a company that would do business differently. While there were existing companies who addressed fire suppression and/or safety needs amongst a variety of other services, I felt there was a call for a company that could raise the bar in terms of customer service, responsiveness and overall commitment to quality. It is my belief that a company that specializes in one specific service is able to concentrate on providing and supporting that service better than those that offer a multitude of services.

I created FSS to fill that niche, that need for a company that would treat your business as if it were their own. As a company, we are proud of the relationships we've built over the years, with our vendors, with our customers, and with each other. We have come to realize that as committed as we are to building a different type of business, it is our teamwork in servicing our clients that makes our company so different, so driven to continually improve on our past successes.
